Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

  • What should I wear to my first class?

Wear loose, comfortable workout clothes like a t-shirt and athletic pants. You do not need a uniform (gi or dobok) as a beginner. Classes are practiced barefoot.

  • Are there any age restrictions to joining?

Age requirements may vary depending on the class. We offer programs designed for both children and adults. Classes are tailored to age ranges.

  • Do I need any experience or to be in shape before starting?

No experience is necessary to get started. Our classes are designed to help students of all experience and fitness levels learn and improve at their own pace. You do not need to be in peak physical condition; we will help you build strength, confidence, coordination, and fitness as you train.
